Important changes to the Family-Other visa programme – from 1 July 2018
From 1 July 2018, applications for the following visas must be lodged at the Perth Child and Other Family Processing Centre:

Aged Dependent Relative (Subclass 114)

Remaining Relative (Subclass 115)
-
Carer (Subclass 116)
The above visa applications can no longer be lodged at the Visa Application Centre.
Application and sponsorship forms for these visas are available on the Home Affairs website. Payment of the visa application charge can be made online through the ImmiAccount portal. However, online lodgement is not currently available for these visas. Completed forms must be sent to the processing office in Perth:

Note: Other Family visa applications received at the Australian Visa Application Centre by 30 June 2018 but not received by the Perth Child and Other Family Processing Centre until after 1 July 2018 are still considered valid.
Biometrics for Visa Applications:
As per the process, all applicants are required to visit a VAC for enrolling their Biometrics.
Applicants will receive an auto confirmation on the email ID provided at the time of application with the details that will be required for enrolling the Biometrics.
