3, Online Payment via ONEPAY:
 
When paying, please provide full information and deposit a deposit to keep. Note: For payment by ATM / INTERNETBANKING card, please register Internet Banking service with card issuing bank before using this form of payment.
 
3.2, International Payment Card VISA / MASTER CARD / JCB / AMEX / AMERICAN EXPRES .. via ONEPAY
 
All transactions of the Star Travel system are processed by SSL Master Card SSL protocol.
Travel Star is committed not to store any information about your card in the system of Star Tours. So, you can rest assured when using the payment cards on the website of Star Tours.

II) TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT
For air ticket and hotel services you place and pay online, Travel Star will not be responsible for refund, cancellation, return journey (room). Guests who do not come to your hotel will be considered non-refundable and will not be refunded the booking fee (Hotel Policies).
 
1, GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
All prices are in Vietnamese Dong (Vietnamese - VND). The price of the tour is clearly listed in the "Included" section of the tour, car service, hotel, ... Travel Star is not obliged to pay any costs not included in the "Include" section.

Note: Please fill in the required information when booking the tour through www.dulichviet.com.vn and be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Travel Star will use this information to provide service providers and carry out the necessary procedures for the trip. III) CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION CHARGES
 
In case of cancellation due to Star Tourism:

Note:
 
- In case of cancellation of tours due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, epidemics, ... Travel Star will not be liable for any additional expenses in addition to refund of tour,
 
- The above is the maximum cancellation rate, which may be reduced depending on the conditions of each service provider for Star Tours.
 
- Travel cancellation is calculated based on working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
 
Due to the complexity of the visa application, the above cancellation conditions are not applicable to programs in Europe, Australia, USA, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Egypt, South Africa, chapters. This program will have its own cancellation policy.
 
- The above cancellation conditions do not apply to holidays, Tet.
 
Case of force majeure:
If the travel program is canceled or changed by either party for a force majeure reason (war, natural disaster, terrorism, etc.), neither party will be liable for any damages. has occurred and will not be held liable. IV, PRICE FOR CHILDREN
 
Children under 2 years: Buy 30% on tour price.
Children 2-12 years old: Buy 75% -100% of the price (subject to airline policy) on the tour price.
Note: Travel tickets do not include:
 
Tax, private bed.
2 adults only accompanied by 1 child.
In the case of 2 children, the second child is required to collect the adult price for extra bed.
 
V, SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURISM
 
Special requests must be made at the time of booking, Travel Star will attempt to meet these requirements in their capacity but will not be responsible for any Refusal to provide services from carriers, hotels, restaurants and independent guest service providers.
 
VI, HOTEL
